Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties for workers only.
- First point of contact for all worker's HR-related queries.
- Handle all work pass-related matters including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
- Work with recruitment agency on the hiring of workers.
- Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions.
- Administer recruitment, resignation, termination, promotion, benefits.
- Generation of all HR-related documents and letters.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal records.
- Administer and handle all foreign workers natters as per regulations,
- Administer workers’ welfare
- Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3years of working experience
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
- Good knowledge and familiar with employment regulations
- Ability to work with MS word and Excel
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with the Chinese client.
