Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance and Management
- Liaise and maintain good working relationship with business partners for referrals.
- Disseminate information to team members to ensure accurate and updated policy and information is conveyed to customers.
People Management
- Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge and processes.
- Motivate team members and conduct meetings on performance update and identify service improvements.
- Lead a team to achieve team targets for various Wealth products.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank.
- Ensure BSC grading of A/B for all team members
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma with relevant banking experience
- M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, HI, BCP, PGI
- Banking Sales Experience with minimum of 5 years experience
- Relevant coaching / mentoring experience
