ho we are looking for We are looking for Transfer Agency (Investor Relations) Assistant Manager (Senior Associate) for our Transfer agency operations team in Singapore. What you will be responsible forPerform TA oversight on the subscription, redemption, switch, transfer and distribution processed by the back office teamServes as a lead for the day-to-day operations of the team, providing work direction and technical assistance to resolve complex mattersEnsure all outstanding queries are resolved in a timely manner, emphasizing the importance of quality customer service, including regular contact with clientsWork as an effective team member with other internal providers to meet our ultimate client service deliverables and oversee the preparation and presentation of Key Performance Indicators as requiredAct as a point of escalation for clients with issues or concerns and manage these issues to resolution, with consideration for the internal escalation policyReview Know Your Client (KYC) , anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for completeness during account onboardingReview and maintain investor information for FATCA and CRS indiciaProactively identify and act on opportunities to improve current processes to meet the changing requirements of customers, to improve efficiency, or to reduce risk What we valueDegree in Accounting or Finance or Business related areaExperience in a senior capacity within Fund Administration Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong written & verbal communication skillsPossess excellent planning and co-ordination skills.Ability to work accurately to tight deadlinesProactive and able to work independently and as part of a team About State Street What we do.
