1. Experienced with making sourdough Chinese steamed stuffed bun, including but not limited to ingredients preparation and cooking.
2. Able to do R&D and create new dishes
3. Control food cost and wastage through reasonable usage without compromising quality
4. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
