Responsibilities:
- Utilize data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques to generate insightful reports for business users
- Play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Data Analytics within agency business units, providing valuable insights and guidance on the strategic implementation of data-driven practices.
- Utilize data analytics capabilities to drive the future business and technology vision, including areas like AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, etc.
- Document and present analytical solutions to ensure proper documentation and understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline
- Hands-on experience with data analysis platforms or programming languages
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience in data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills and a passion for data
- Prior experience in the insurance business is a big plus
