Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.
- Perform Deliveries when required.
- Perform transactions in SAP system.
- Reverse Logistics (Returns, NCR).
- Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons).
- Conduct cycle count, annual stock take.
- Readily to cover other branch when required.
- Coordinate with all branch for inter-branch store transferring.
- Maintain and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Generate monthly report to superior.
- Perform daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, sorting, stuffing, un-stuffing, loading & un-loading according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure that all products received are in good conditions and report to the supervisor if there are any defects.
- Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record on SAP system.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse/store.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehousing.
- Class 4 license is a plus.
- Experience in SAP/ forklift license will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work half day on Saturdays.
