Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform hardware and software setup, configuration and maintenance for ERP/ POS/ Inventory system.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to implement and support IT projects.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
- Maintain server and firewall configurations to enhance data and network security and compliance.
- Coordinate the installation and configuration of CCTV systems for roadshow events, ensuring proper functioning and security.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with configuring and managing network switches.
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
