Accounts Assistant

The role encompasses the following job responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounts payable functions
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of accounts documents are maintained.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and other bank related matters.
  • Support stock count & fixed assets check process.
  • Check and verify staff claims.
  • Perform monthly revaluation.
  • Other ad-hoc accounts-related assignments.

Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma in Finance or Accountancy. OR
  • 2 years of working experience in a similar role (Accounts Officer/Assistant/Executive).
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office functions, especially MS Excel.
  • Knowledge on GST would be an advantage.
  • Meticulous in processing numbers.
  • Possess a positive work attitude.
