The role encompasses the following job responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts payable functions
- Ensure proper recording and filing of accounts documents are maintained.
- Handle bank reconciliation and other bank related matters.
- Support stock count & fixed assets check process.
- Check and verify staff claims.
- Perform monthly revaluation.
- Other ad-hoc accounts-related assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in Finance or Accountancy. OR
- 2 years of working experience in a similar role (Accounts Officer/Assistant/Executive).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office functions, especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge on GST would be an advantage.
- Meticulous in processing numbers.
- Possess a positive work attitude.
