Job Description:
- Liaison with customer reps on documentation procedures
- Update and review QMS documentation
- Conduct external and internal audits
- Analyze and follow up on audit findings
- Implementing Quality improvement programs or campaigns
- Conduct training on Quality and Safety
- Carry out investigation into incidents, accidents and customer complaints
- Carry out surveillance on work compliance, safety, good housekeeping and proper documentation
Job Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma
- Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9100)
- Internal auditor trained (ISO9001/AS9100)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment 1 to 2 years' experience in aviation
- Possess valid class 3 driving license is an advantage
