Job Scope:
We are a growing SME and seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the role of Finance and Administrative Assistant, the ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks encompassing basic accounting, GST reporting, financial duties, and providing administrative support. The role also involves actively assisting the sales team with technical and commercial proposals, as well as ensuring the efficient housekeeping of project files.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and Process Invoicing / Purchasing Order
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
GST Reporting:
- Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in GST regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Financial Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize project files, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
- Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
Assisting Sales / Project Team:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create technical and commercial proposals.
- Compile necessary documentation for proposal submissions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of proposals to meet deadlines.
- Prepare shipping documents in coordination with logistics and sales teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate shipment details.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Tracking milestone payment & delivery schedule
