Job scope:
- Manage & oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial client’s accounts and schedule manpower based on project or customers’ needs.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique cleaning needs & expectations.
- Ensure that cleaning schedules, checklists, & quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with HOD and customers to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analyzing, and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
- Manage inventory, cleaning equipment and maintenance schedule - allocating equipment and/or technologies and supplies to the project.
- Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts, and/or report potential risks on contractual changes to the management without delay.
- Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied.
- Interview and select suitable candidates for cleaners to increase and maintain cleaning manpower
- Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations
- Review training needs to implement training plans for staff
- Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance
- Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary
- Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff and job sites
- Transporting cleaners or teams to and between job sites as and when required
- Assist at job sites as and when required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations and recruitment in cleaning is highly preferred.
- Preferably with working experience for company in providing janitorial services to the clean-room, semi-conductor or pharmaceutical industries
- Have driving class 4 licence
- Committed and responsible team player with good personality.
- Diligent attitude and willing to learn.
- Self-driven, Independent and resourceful.
- Strongly oriented towards service level
- Able to handle face-paced working environment
- Able to work well with all level of stakeholders including foreign workers
- Able to work weekends/ PH
- Contactable after office hours as and when necessary
