Jobs Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports and certifications
- Perform monitoring of employees personal account dealings, gift and entertainment, fit and proper declarations, email monitoring, phone taping etc
- Monitor MAS’ publications, circulars, announcements and any other regulatory releases
- Ensure monthly confirmations and attestations have been received and/or sent out in a timely manner
- Review of sales and marketing materials
- Assist in representatives’ appointments, cessations and notifications on representatives’ change in particulars
- Assist to onboard new hires in terms of assigning compliance trainings and certifications
- Advise employees on Singapore regulations as well as internal policies and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
Job Requirements
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant experience
