Responsibilities:
- Experienced with Archi/Structure/ID/Landscape/Finishing works
- Fast track project experience
- Able to do design coordination
- Familiar with authority submission / RI / TOP requirement
- Interprets plans, estimates costs and quantities of materials required.
- Assists in the development of Temporary Works Plans, designs, and drawings for construction projects
- Develops and studies architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed.
- Liaises with architects, engineers and other technical colleagues to ensure that the design intentions are met.
- Knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related works.
- 1 year of experience in high-rise building projects will be an advantage.
