Roles/Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with leadership at US, and to understand strategic business priorities (financial goals, delivery goals, end-end outcomes for success, etc.)
- Act as trusted advisor by bringing thought leadership, new & innovative leading practices to support the business priorities.
- Organize mutual value discovery sessions at regional level with CEO CFO and direct reports, additional regional CXO’s & GBS leadership to incubate, identify & execute pipeline of opportunities to drive Business Impact and Value realization across current scope and/or expanding into new functional areas and geographies.
- Interface with Senior leadership of Region /GBS leads and gather requisite feedback to ensure Genpact delivers effectively to the committed outcomes.
- Continuous alignment with NTT Regional Executive team’s priorities, and ensuring we deliver value in realization of business and/or functional objectives.
- Work in tandem with regional leads to facilitate resolution of challenges / escalations.
- Catalyst for cross functional teams across Genpact and NTT Countries / Region to increase adoption of GBS services catalogue into “white spaces.”
- CSM will ensure dedicated focus in end-to-end collaboration between teams to progress and deliver value for the ongoing growth initiatives.
