Job Responsibilities:
- Service, repair and maintain all mechanical and electrical such as fan coil units, air handling units, electrical equipment, fire equipment, plumbing equipment, laundry equipment, guestroom technical systems and all other technical equipment throughout the hotel
- Carry out planned maintenance programmes for servicing
- Maintain daily log sheets for recording of temperatures and pressures of all air conditioning chillers, freezers and cold rooms and changing of temperature recording charts
- Check all mechanical and electrical systems on equipment inclusive of servicing and checking of system control circuits
- Assist to reduce workloads of other technicians
- Assign as fire fighter’s role during emergency periods
- Assist in keeping workshop areas, plant room and other machinery rooms clean at all times
- Carry out shift duties, split shifts or when called upon to perform odd duties if required

- Able to work rotating shifts and on weekends/public holidays
