Receptionist/Admin Support

  • Contract Period: 1 March 2024 to 31 December 2024
  • Operating hours: Mondays to Fridays (except Wednesdays), 7.30am to 5pm (including a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Wednesdays - 7.30am to 4.30pm (including a 1 hour lunch break)

Scope of service:

  • Handle counter services and walk-in customers
  • Attend to all incoming calls, enquiries and deliveries
  • Administer First Aid to pupils where necessary
  • Contact parents of unwell students
  • Routing of postal mails and courier mails
  • Collate and compile consent forms, survey forms and data
  • Perform administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office
  • Assist with printing and lamination of materials (example teaching aids)
  • Assist in major school events
  • Any other works assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

  • Minimally ā€˜Oā€™ and ā€˜Nā€™ level certificate or equivalent
  • Ability to work well under tight schedules
  • Independant, resourceful and a high level of commitment
  • Preferably Standard First Aid trained
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

Salary range:

  • $2000 to $2400
