Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Assistant Director (Finance)
Broad Function
Build a robust ERM and compliance functions in the Healthcare Campus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the ERM Team to:
• Maintain enterprise risk management framework and policies
• Develop enterprise risk management database
• Guide respective departments to identify key risk factors and opportunities
• Maintain an enterprise risk monitoring process and get buy-in
• Work with hospital stakeholders / departments in development of policies and procedures, and implementing improvements
• Conduct staff training in areas of identifying and monitoring risks
• Manage enterprise risks and identify opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert resource and provide guidance to the various stakeholders / departments in the area of ERM
• Provide oversight and coordination on insurance matters including working with insurance brokers, point of contact in event reporting.
• To coordinate Internal Audit functions in alignment between HQ and Organisation.
Project:
• Set up a structure for Control-Self-Assessments (CSA) at an organization level
• Assess and conduct the necessary compliance reviews to support improvements identified during internal or external audits and on CSAs
Secondary Duties
• Participate actively in Improvement/IT/Operations Projects or any initiatives organized by Hospital or Cluster
• Finance and PBS POC for Business Continuity Planning
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
• Relevant degree – Business, Finance, Engineering, or other degrees with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications and ERM systems
