Roles & Responsibilities
- To support in the people development by designing and delivering impactful technical training programs
- To lead and engage effective training sessions; both classroom setting and hands-on workshop
- To review and assess the effectiveness of the training programs through the learner's performance metrics, post-training assessment and feedback mechanisms
- To modify and improve training contents and delivery methods for future sessions
Job Requirement
- Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Those that is a Licensed Electrical Worker will have an added advantage.
- Those that possess ACTA or ACLP are strongly welcome to apply
- Prior experience in teaching adult learners will have an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
