The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creating insights with data analysis for Global and AP region particularly China.
- Enhancing business understanding of the TiO2 competitive dynamics and Enabling data-based decisions
- Managing Global and China Competitive Intelligence data and information.
- Tracking the trade data and competitive activities for business inputs.
- Leading and supporting data digitization initiatives
- Leading and supporting market research for business decisions
The following is required for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with sales and marketing experience, or degree of business or marketing with experience in global material science companies.
- Skills in leading complex cross-functional tasks and initiatives with successful outcomes, within a remote matrix organization.
- High analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written report)
- Language skills – fluent English and Chinese (read and write mandarin)
The following is preferred for this role:
- Experience in market research preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications( PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SFDC)
- Business acumen with experience in product management, marketing, project management
- Marketing Degree
