Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of marketing campaigns for the brands under the Group
- Write, edit and proofread publicity materials and menus
- Conceptualize and develop print and online marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, EDMs, and website
- Generate content (editorial copy and visual design) for digital marketing and social media platforms. Includes basic photography and videography
- Manage media enquiries
- General public interest in the various brands through marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Establish and build relationships with business partners through joint programmes
- Work with management to create proposal decks for new programmes/events
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience in marketing/service/F&B industry
- Strong network is an asset, including media, social influencers and industry partners
- Self-motivated, creative flair, eye for details and resourceful
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skillswith the ability to think, speak and write strategically
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and English
- Good creative writing and copywriting skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of social and online media in marketing, especially Chinese social media platforms
- Advance computer proficiency and skilled in digital marketing/social media software as well as presentation software
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Canva
- Dynamic, resourceful, self-driven, hardworking, confident and an outgoing individual with great interpersonal skills and an effective team player
- Pleasant with a flair for interacting with an international community with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience/exposure in the F&B industry will be an advantage
