Accountabilities:
- Manage the IT support Services to meet the SLAs and expectations of all campuses.
- Understand, plan, design and execute enhancements and maintenance of digital workplace services to ensure reliability, security and service levels are met.
- Develop new skills within IT Services by working with the people to ensure new technology/approaches are implemented to force the pivoting of skills.
- Perform Techinician Level 2 support to the EUC team
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills while setting realistic foals and implementing effective plans for goal achievement
- Address multi-faceted issues collaboratively, working across departments
- Any other ad-hoc duties requirement by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education and Work Experience
- Diploma in Computing/Information Technology
- Relevant working experience preferably in educational institution IT user support role.
- Must be computer-literate and has working knowledge in Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Must have working technical knowledge in PC troubleshooting and desktop administration
- Must have working experience in Software/Application and PC deployment
- Work Shift is required.
- IT inventory management experience is added advantage
- Patching experience using ivanti or some other patching software is required.
Professional Education/License (if any):
- Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent Skills
- Must possess skills in Windows 8, 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in Software/Application and OS deployment
- Knowledge in PC/Desktop deployment
- Knowledge in PC/Desktop, Laptop/Notebook and Printer configuration
- Knowledge in Windows Active Directory administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of LAN, WiFi and Network Infra.
