Responsibilities:
· Oversee Project Team to ensure that the projects are completed according to project plans and schedules
· Able to estimate the scope of works (Cost and Man hours)
· Preparing inspection and final work completion reports
· Ensure preservation of equipment are carried out as per project requirements and well-maintained as per individual maintenance schedules
· Supervise site inspection and resolve site matters pertaining to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works
· Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning
· Liaises with contractors for site delivery, installation and testing
· Responsible for the co-ordination of all project site activities.
· Oversee daily manpower deployment
· Execute site inspection and work discussion
· Assist and support Project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects.
· Ensuring the implementation of quality and safety procedures & policies, production reliability & efficiency.
· Supervise and Train workers
· To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
· Supervise and ensure the overall safety measures and standards at the work site.
· Other Ad Hoc works
Requirements:
Atleast 4 years of experience
With experience in Marine Operation and Shipyard environment
With Shipyard Supervisor Safety Certification preferred
Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel
Able to work overtime and weekends
