Responsibilites:
- Lead and executes manpower discussion, recruitment, contract renewal, transfers, exit procedure and attending to Agency personnel’s questions.
- Drives vendor management processes and lead all manpower vendors globally.
- Ensures all relevant documentation of employees, personnel services agreement and engagement orders are executed in a timely manner.
- Draft, revise and manage Personnel Engagement Orders, Extension Orders, Revision Orders.
- Provides guidance in HR policy and interpretation to Business Unites.
