Maintain Records And Manage Food Costing Within Budgets

Maintain Kitchen Safety, Clean And Tidy Kitchen

Should Work Shifts And Be Able To Work On Weekends And Public Holidays


Requirements

Should Have A Solid 8 Years Experience In Indian Cuisine In Similar Size Or Larger Size Operation And Should Be Able To Create Innovative Authentic Indian Recipes For Restaurant And Parties

Degree in Hotel Management

Good Knowledge Of Work Experience With Strict Health And Hygiene Regimes

Full Understanding Of Menu Pricing And Experience Of Ordering

Experience Of Cooking For Large Volume Parties

Ability To Organise preparing Quality Ala-Carte And Buffet Indian Food
