Purpose of the role
• Building, managing and strengthening current and future profitable partner relationships with industry Lawyers, Advisors and Auditors to support the Sales Team to increase the revenues generated from key feeders.
• Following up on all the actions initiated in this specific domain to make sure the pipeline is as accurate as possible at any time.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Global & Local Sales Team, as well as the CRM Team, to identify key feeders of the industry and make sure the Sales Community meets them on a regular basis.
- Work closely with Sales to define and execute an individual growth plan per Alliances & Partners firm and contact
- Assure a proper and regional profiling of each target organization, including all the relevant individual contacts and the relationship mapping with Apex senior executives
- Analyze how to optimize the existing referrer relationships
- Prospect utilizing own relationships and market landscaping
- Participate actively in Alliances & Partners campaigns to promote Apex and increase the value and number of inbound referrals
- Liaise with Marketing in projects defining & driving the execution of go‐to‐market strategies
Data Intelligence & Processes
- Implement dedicated reports on Power BI to provide accurate and precise data to the Sales Team
- Review & report regularly the success of the regional Alliances & Partners program to Apex Senior Management
- Collaborating with the Sales Support team to build further Alliances & Partners and industry intelligence to accelerate growth.
- Target new referrer relationships base on formal data analysis
- Maintain a proper Alliances & Partners database in Apex CRM system (Salesforce), including inbound & outbound referrals, static & dynamic data, external data sources, key contacts and ensuring the quality of the data.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- +8 years business experience, preferably in the Financial and Corporate Services, Fund Services, or Information Technology
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Finance
- Engage, lead, motivate and inspire teams to success.
- Intrinsically motivated and energetic attitude
- Strong in process mapping, new system implementation, business strategy development, change management and performance metric development
