Hakko Products is looking for a result-oriented, self-motivated, and fast paced employee to assist the Accounts Executive in handling the accounts of Hakko Products in Singapore. This position requires the individual to be meticulous, detailed oriented and with a positive working attitude and ability to handle multiple accounts across the company. This is an ideal position for an individual who wants to improve his or her accounting knowledge while gaining work experience.


In this position, you will need to:

  • Perform proper entry and post of account receivable and payable into system
  • Maintain neat and organized documents
  • Handle day-to-day administrative work
  • Create new customer in system
  • Generate Statement of Accounts for customers
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Perform general accounting duties
  • Preparation of relevant supporting documents and schedule for tax, audit and statutory reporting
  • Assist in quarterly GST reporting
  • Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Business or related discipline
  • 1-3 years related working experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Having experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
  • Meticulous and has good attention to details
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
