EON has been established since 1996. We have helped professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) in Singapore to catalyse their career development by providing quality training programmes. Job Description:
- Manage operational and grant administration
- Oversee marketing, sale and customer support
- Develop proposals for corporate clients
- Schedule operational staff roster
- Ensure smooth registration and running of courses
- Ensure customer service standard is maintained
- Attends government briefings and ensure compliance
- Support training product development and quality management
- Evaluate feedback and recommend improvement
- Lead team capability development to meet KPIs
Requirements:
