Responsibilities
Sitting on the left-hand seat, you will take command of the flight and ensure the highest personal and professional standards are upheld at all times. Your focus is on ensuring that flights are safe, comfortable and on-time, every time. As a leader and a team player, you set the example and help develop members of the Scoot team to deliver the Scootitude experience to all passengers.
Embraer 190-E2 Captain Requirements
- Total flight time of more than 3,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5700kg or more, of which at least 1,000 hours are as Pilot-in-Command (PIC/P1) on multi-engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
Licencing Requirements
- A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.)
- Demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 5.
- Possesses a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, recognized or can be validated by Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS)

Training Co-Payment & Training Bond
Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet.
Successful candidates who are provided with type rating training will be subjected to a co-payment of the training cost and will be required to enter a training bond.
