The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as supporting the overall operations of our real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Intermediate negotiation processes, provide timely market conditions information, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest deals to the satisfaction of our clients
- Display and market properties to potential tenants/ buyers
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Be knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Comply with company policies and CEA regulations.
Requirements:
- Possess a CEA salesperson licence
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Passion for real estate and a desire to build a successful career in the industry
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation : Basic Salary + Commission
