HR ASSISTANT AND ADMIN

Insultec International (s) Pte. Ltd.

  • Process Payroll for foreign workforce
  • Maintain and upkeep of Employee master record
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding & off-boarding of the workers
  • Work permit/Spass application, renewal and cancellation
  • PCP Application and update the records accordingly
  • Handle Dormitory related matters
  • Liase with MOM, Insurance agents and various stake holders
  • Co-ordinate in training program and renewal of courses/certification due for expiry
  • Travel, Visa and Hotel Booking
  • Letters and Memos and other Adhoc duties as assigned
