Context:
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer of the LNG & Biomass Business Platform
You will be part of a team of two Business Coordinators, the other one being focused mainly on Biomass
Role:
The LNG business is global, with Front Officers in Paris, Singapore, London, Madrid and Houston and Support functions mainly in Singapore.
As each LNG deal is quite specific, a high level of coordination, as well as a clear Commercial Strategy are required to ensure business is efficient.
The main responsibilities are:
FO-Support coordination : facilitate interactions between teams to make business more efficient
1) Tasks:
- Short Term deals Pipeline follow-up
- Preparation of prioritization meetings
- Animate tri-weekly FO meetings (?)
- Dedicated follow-up of complex cases
- Coordination of “New Business process” requirements
2) Stakeholders:
- FO: All teams
- Support: Mainly Legal, Credit and Market Risk team
3) Support on Strategy & Marketing
- Help structure & formalize strategy on LT deals and structured mid-term deals
- Follow-up on strategy execution
- LT pipe follow-up(e.g., prepare bi-weekly coordination meeting with Executive Committee - ExCom)
- Support on external presentations (e.g., client pitches)
4) General
- Ad-hoc topics in COO perimeter
- At target: de-segregation between this role and the equivalent role on Biomass (Two people for both businesses rather than one for each)

- FO: mainly Structuring & LT Origination
- EC Commercial
- BP Leader, COO, ExCom supervisor
