Role Description:
We are expanding our team in Singapore due to our success and growth. The primary focus will be to supporting existing clients and the sales team.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong background working on transformation projects focusing on Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies. This role will involve you working closely with our customers and the work will start from the presales phase of projects, architecting solutions, build and delivery, through to sharing expert experience with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse & understand client requirements.
- Attend meetings with clients, present solutions and conduct reviews to ensure client’s business requirements are met.
- Planning, leading, executing and completing assigned projects within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client.
- Ensuring client’s satisfaction throughout the project until project completion.
- Provide expertise regarding Cloud Implementation for both infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide expertise to the sales team on best practice cloud architecture to design IAAS services for the customers, especially around Azure cloud offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience across Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365.
- Design and implementation experience with Azure.
- Proven design and implementation experience in delivering M365 solutions.
- Automation and DevOps.
- Microsoft Entra ID and Security e.g MFA, Conditional Access Policies.
- Migration to Exchange Online.
- Microsoft Teams and Teams Calling.
- Mobile device management using Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint & OneDrive.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of PowerShell and other automation techniques.
You will/possess:
- Minimum of 5 year hands on experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Cloud based solutions.
- Must have passed exams MS-102, MD-102 and AZ-104 or willing to pass withing 6 months of joining.
- Must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrate a high level of personal ethics and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit ownership and accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks performed.
- Be able to work independently and with minimal direction to deliver tasks.
- Great interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with customers and internal users.
