Key Responsibilities:
- Support HOD and Sections Lead to understand business requirement and translate the data into useful information for analytic purposes
- Build operational database and translate to business requirements
- Collaborate with different Sections, gather and translate data to identify trends for problem solve and actionable insights for the department
- Understand the business requirements and translate data effectively and into meaningful information
- Harmonize, organize, and prepare data as per analysis requirements
- Maintain data integrity standards, and appropriate use for business analysis
- Generate ad hoc reports for the team as requested
- Support strategic initiatives by performing market and competitive intelligence analyses, providing valuable insights to drive business strategies
- Develop well-researched and concise business studies reports, presenting complex information in an understandable format
- Manage companywide management reporting requirement and deliver reports timely to the management team and business units
- Maintain share folder and share point update for the department
- Other ad-hoc task as assigned by the direct superior
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (experience in business analytics or related field an added advantage)
- Min 3-5 years of working experiences, exposure in EPCI or Construction is preferred
- Excellence excel skills, with data organizer and basic analysis
- Experience in working with a fast pace environment with large datasets
- Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- General administrative knowledge
Software Skills:
Advance user in Microsoft 365, excel, word, power point, and if possible power BI.
