- Generate innovative concepts and prototypes for new apparel designs.
- Develop and assess specifications for testing new apparel ideas.
- Manage the procurement of clothing materials, apparel, and accessories.
- Coordinate photo shoots and overseas the presentation of new products.
- Order new apparel design sample for prototyping.
- Discuss and decide on improvement on apparel design, size, cutting, printing, and material quality to improve product.
- Administer testing of the feasibility of apparel samples.
- Liaise with suppliers to communicate design improvements and obtain new samples.
- Report findings from design tests to supervisor.
- Conduct primary and secondary research for data gathering.
- Create visual representations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
