Our client, an established organisation in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as an:Executive, Corporate Communications
The Executive, is responsible for coordinating and executing all corporate marketing and branding initiatives, including the full scope of liaising with service providers, internal & external communications, and managing production of corporate collaterals. He/She will be required to develop and carry out communication strategies and brand strategies to enhance the corporate identity. This position includes additional portfolio for SG Cares Volunteer Centre’s branding strategies as well.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Communications• Develop and enhance the brand management, corporate identity and communication plans, including SG Cares Volunteer Centres branding strategies.• Draft end-to-end marketing communications in all permitted modes of communication to raise awareness.• Evaluate outcomes and generate new ideas to augment efforts in communications and engagement.• Develop and implement integrated communications plans including outreach and engagement activities to generate awareness and build understanding of initiatives amongst key stakeholders.• Able to analyse trends and to prepare reports to be presented to the Board or Senior Management.
Project Management on Corporate and Fundraising Events• Involve in management of projects and corporate events as assigned.• Develop publicity materials for awareness and fundraising projects, corporate events.• Ensure compliance to the Charity Act, PDPA and other regulatory matters that are relevant to the corporate and/or fundraising activities and also adhering to allocated budget.• Assist in promotion, support and fundraising.
General• Raise awareness by visiting/giving presentations to prospective stakeholders & partners such as corporates, organisations, schools, community partners & staff at events as well as managing them.• Represent the company at community and business meetings as and when necessary or when directed, and serve as liaison with the relevant organizations• Draft minutes of meetings, document agreements and contracts for signatories• To undertake other duties as required by the HOD and the Management
Requirements• Recognised Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.• Pleasant and Resourceful.• A strong portfolio of communication and awareness-raising materials; with a wide degree of creativity• Excellent written communication skills and aesthetically inclined• Independent and self-motivated and has a heart for the underprivileged, and a calling to serve the community.• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in churchAre you ready for a challenging and exciting endeavour that will require the investment of a lot of dedication and all your experience?
