Customer Care Officer (Counter)
Salary: $2200 - $2700
Location: Upper Thomson
*Will be relocated to Geylang area in April’24
Working Day & Time: 5 Days work week; 8:45am - 5:30pm
*Require to rotate once a month to manage our Business WhatsApp on Saturday from 0900hrs to 1300hrs) working from home
Job Description: -
Counter (Primary Responsibility)
- Attend to walk-in customers, be it
o General Enquiries
o Repairs (First-Level Check)
o Products(s) Viewing & Introduction
o Showroom Sales
o Shell Escape Redemption - Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
- Showroom maintenance (house-cleaning etc.)
- Administrative works (paper works etc.) related to counter and showroom
- Follow-up on customers’ & dealers’ repair sets
- Assist Call Centre when called upon.
- Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.
Call Centre (Secondary Responsibility)
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
- Administrative works (paper works etc.)
- Assist to handle enquires from our Business WhatsApp
- Liaise and work with inter-department(s) colleagues, to ensure commitment to our valued customer is fulfilled.
Job Requirement: -
- Preferably two years of working experience in similar field
