Admin Assistant

  • Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Input accounting transactions into system.
  • Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
  • Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum A Level or Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
  • Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
