- Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support to the accounting team.
- Input accounting transactions into system.
- Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
- Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum A Level or Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
