Customer Service Logistics Executive (Luxury Retail)

Job Summary:
Coordinate and enhance logistical processes, inventory management, and repair administration to optimize efficiency and compliance
Job Scope:
- Streamline logistics distribution processes for increased efficiency and reduced time consumption.
- Support the Service Center by managing inventory, verifying delivery documents, overseeing spare parts conditions and quantities, preparing picking lists, conducting cycle counting, and handling order fulfillment.
- Assist Admin Supervisor in repair administration duties, including managing repair files in ERP and generating reports for data analysis.
- Implement modifications in processes and products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and work environment.
- Efficiently handle shipment and receipt of goods to and from the entity.
- Monitor shipping validity dates, debits, duties, and tariffs, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
- Communicate issues and provide feedback to superiors for enhanced productivity.
Requirement:
- Min 2-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using WMS & ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant logistics software.
- Familiarity with import and export regulations, duties, tariffs, and the ability to ensure compliance with government institutions.
