- Generate ideas for new apparel design concepts and prototypes in line with current trend and demand.
- Conduct primary and secondary research for data gathering.
- Develop apparel designs and testing specification for new concepts.
- Order new apparel design sample for prototyping.
- Liaise with supplier to discuss and decide on improvement on apparel design, size, cutting, printing, and material quality to improve product.
- Administer in testing of apparel samples.
- Communicate design improvements to supplier and acquire new sample.
- Report outcomes of design tests to supervisor.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and aesthetics.
