Accounting:
- Oversee full spectrum of Accounts functions managed by third party account service provider, not required to hands-on
- Main contact person for the Account Department.
- To coordinate internal & external customer, suppliers and vendors
- Liaise with accounts vendor on accounts matters and related issues
- Hands on Accounts Payable, Petty Cash, Payment Listing and Bank Reconciliation
- Manage company cash flow
- Process staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
- Ensure timely and accurate month and year end closing activities
- Review GST return, financial and year end closing
- Any other Ad-hoc accounts administration duties assigned (Eg. Government Grant, Merchant Matter, coordinate/liaise with banker and lawyer)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Finance /Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior level
- Familiar in full set of accounts, strong accounts background
- Organise and meticulous in details
- Candidates with retail background will be an advantage
- Good communication and people management skill
- Singaporean only
