We are a Facilities Management Company, we are looking for potential candidates. This position will be located at site office, Eastern Part of Singapore.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage data in excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate document submission with HQ office
- Keep filing records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
