Job Description -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations transformation, preferably in the Transfer Agency domain
- Candidates with relevant experience in Middle Office Operations Transformation in Capital Markets or Securities services are welcome, if they do not have specific Transfer Agency domain experience
- Experience working on Target Operating Model, new platform implementation
- Experience managing large scale cross-functional projects with demonstrated success.
- Ability to operate effectively in sometimes stressful situations and to adjust to changing circumstances.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to various stakeholder groups.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is preferred but not required.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) is preferred but not required.
- Welcome candidates with Middle Office Ops transformation in Capital Markets / Securities services (If Transfer Agency experience not there)
This is a one year renewable contract role.
