Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and manage online advertising strategy across all social media platforms.
  • Manage the marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEM, SEO, display, Facebook ads, Instagram ads.
  • Review new ad types to reach out to target audience.
  • Organize and produce an advertising calendar to support our overall business strategy.
  • Work with creative and content teams in producing your ad plan to life.
  • Develop performance metrics for all digital advertising activities.
  • Work closely with ecommerce team to create integrated marketing plans so as to drive traffic to ecommerce sites and increase sales conversion.
  • Execute campaigns, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROAS in paid search campaigns
  • Perform in depth SEO analysis to make recommendations and execute strategies
  • Understand digital and social media advertising trends, innovation, and competitive landscape, and provide feedback to management

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years in digital advertising with SEO/SEM campaigns. Candidate should be able to demonstrate successful case studies from past campaigns.
  • Good knowledge in relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Background in digital marketing for fashion, beauty or retail brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and with an analytical mindset.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and with excellent time management skills.
