Job Description:
- Execute daily HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration.
- Establish and update employee records in P-file and the HR database.
- Aid in submissions for Government-Paid claims and group insurance claims.
- Provide assistance in organizing events such as career fairs and long service awards.
- Prepare necessary HR reports as required.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc HR administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- No relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Hands-on individual with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and well-organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
