Brief Client Profile:
Our client is an industry market leader with a diversified portfolio of property developments comprising residentials and mixed-use commercial developments. They are looking for a marketing executive enthusiast who possess a combination of graphic design and social media management to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee and manage social media and digital platform including microsites.
- Develop content and artwork for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Assist with marketing and advertising campaigns for residential projects
- Assist marketing manager to liaise with creative agency for a variety of marketing materials, including brochure, advertisements, social media posts, website content, event campaigns and more.
- Monitor the progress of all design works, from conception to delivery for residential project launches
- Assist in generating innovative and creative residential project print and digital collateral for sustenance campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years’ experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing & Content Creation or similar roles.
- Knowledge of UI/UX Graphic Design, Creative thinker
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and similar content creation tools.
