JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and executive management to deliver actionable insights and support in the areas of sales incentive program quota development, territory management, sales specials, sales incentive programs, sales reporting, performance metrics and dashboards. You will collaborate with systems and regional cross-functional teams to ensure rollout of quota modeling, analysis, and systems/tools that will streamline operations. You will oversee sales incentive program reporting and analyze key metrics of sales performance, drive operational process improvements and ensure quality control as a key owner of the sales compensation and quota-related data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales incentive proposals, reporting and support to enable informed decision making by executive management.
- Lead quota planning cycles, territory alignment, and mapping processes across APAC region. Coordinate, track and report on quarterly quota exceptions.
- Support global sales initiative launches, onboarding new hires, and provide training to sales teams on tools, forecasting models and dashboards. Create and maintain dashboards, driving automated reporting to provide accurate and timely data to visualize trends across customer accounts.
- Synthesize and analyze large data sets, generate insights through quantitative analysis and data mining, with concise, actionable messaging.
- Work with Go-to-Market Finance and Sales Operations to establish goals and translate into actionable quotas. Evaluate quota guardrails, assign quotas, and provide recommendations aligned with business goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and marketing teams in consumer hardware.
- Experience working with executive leadership and partnering with sales or product management in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as BI, Tableau, Salesforce.
