Located at Carros Centre, with shuttle bus service provided to and fro Kranji MRT.
5 days work week, 9am-6pm
Job Scope:
- Verifying incoming and outgoing transactions
- Ensure accurate data entry & perform daily administrative duties
- Support Accounts Manager in clerical duties when required
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST reporting and financial statement for month-end closing (P&L, Balance sheet)
- Ensure compliance with local goverment requirements
- Review and reconcile Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 year exp. (preferably in automotive industry)
- Able to do full set accounts
- Possess knowledge and experience in GST submission
- Preferably familiar with Xero Accounting System
