Role Description:
The role at CloudPoints Consulting is to implement cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 for our customers. This role will focus specifically on the Microsoft Modern Workplace and Desktop motion and requires you to interact directly with customers and ensure the continuity and customer satisfaction of services delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot Microsoft Intune deployments
- Configure and setup Windows 11 Autopilot deployments
- Designing and configure Microsoft Entra ID including modern identity solutions around Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management
- Integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID with Microsoft Entra Connect architectures.
- Serve primarily as a billable resource for on-site and remote technical consulting engagements.
- Communicate with clients to coordinate technical engagements and set engagement expectations.
- Work with customer IT staff to complete technical engagements and transfer technical knowledge together with detailed documentation.
- Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through to completion.
- Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines.
- Communicate updates and progress to Project Managers and Team Leads.
- Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Passed Microsoft Exams MS-102 Microsfot 365 Administrator / MD-102 Endpoint Administrator
- Expert knowledge and ideally 5+ years’ experience with Windows Client OS and Microsoft Intune
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager or Microsoft Configuration Manager - good to ahve.
- Experience with Microsoft AutoPilot deployment
- Experience managing Apple iOS, Android with Intune
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager (DEP, VPP) and/or Samsung Knox.
- Extensive PowerShell knowledge and experience.
- Understanding of Single Sign On technologies including Kerberos, SAML and OAuth.
- Relevant industry (ITIL preferred) and Microsoft certifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
