- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports clients
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
- Issue Invoice, DO, Quotation using Xero software
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, walk in
- Maintains stocks inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level via Xero Software
- Microsoft Office, accounting software Skills, Online skills
