Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of HR function
- Manage employee lifecycle and other HR & Admin day-to-day operations.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advise and coach the line managers on effective performance management guidance to line management (e.g., sick leave, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and engagement of the teams.
- Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries.
- Prepare a variety of written correspondence including staff reports, memorandum, letters, etc
Qualifications & other Job Requirement
- Diploma holder in Human Resource
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist and people management experience
- Strong understanding and applications of the Employment Act and HR practices
- Must be familar with MOM's work pass requirements and processes and related EP & WP online systems
- Strong relationship building and business partnering skills to engage stakeholders and build rapport across all levels
- High degree of professional integrity and discreet in handling confidential and sensitive issues
- Ability to manage ambiguity with analytical and problem-solving skills, and decison-making capability
- Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.
